In order to insure requirements, deliverables, and expectations are clearly specified at the beginning of the project Innoverix uses the following phased approach in engaging with customers

 Discovery phase – work with customer to specify requirements, deliverables from both sides, key milestones, and establish exit criteria for each development phase.
 Develop and agree on a SOW
 Project execution with pre-agreed review points to monitor orderly progress
